  • Prices do not include applicable taxes. Any sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) will be added during the checkout process.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Service Area: India only.

  • Courier Partners: DTDC, Shoprocket, Delhivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Charges: No free shipping offered at this time.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).

9. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Returns: Must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges: Allowed for defective, damaged, or wrong products with an unboxing video as proof.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 8-15 business days.

  • Return Shipping Cost: ₹100 (paid by the customer).

  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
