  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to locations within India.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders, including DTDC, Shoprocket, and Delhivery.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently do not offer free shipping. The shipping fee will be added to your order total before payment.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and other factors (e.g., weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays).


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address and phone number provided during checkout. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delivery delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delivery Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

    • Natural disasters

    • Holidays

    • Strikes or political unrest

    • Carrier issues

If your package is delayed, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors.


9. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

To help us resolve the issue faster:

  • Provide your order number.

  • Include photos of any damages if applicable.

  • We may ask you to complete a missing package claim with the shipping carrier.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, or because it was not collected by you from the carrier, we will contact you to resolve the issue. You may be required to pay for re-shipment in such cases.


11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Since we currently only ship within India, customs duties or international taxes do not apply.

  • All applicable taxes for shipments within India will be included in the order total at checkout.


12. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring your order is received. If the delivery is not completed due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • You should track your shipment using the tracking details provided to ensure it reaches you on time.
